Duties
Assist with site preparation by unloading materials, setting up equipment, and organizing supplies to ensure smooth workflow
Perform general physical tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and cleaning to support project progress
Support tradespeople by holding tools, mixing materials, and assisting with installation or repair work as directed
Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and reporting hazards immediately
Help with site cleanup at the end of each day, including debris removal and equipment storage
Follow instructions carefully to complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately




Conduct routine inspections of tools and materials to ensure they are in positive condition for daily use

Requirements
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions with stamina and resilience
Strong attention to safety procedures and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
Good communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions from supervisors or skilled tradespeople
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for team success
Prior experience in construction or manual labour is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
Basic understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites
