Responsibilities:
Take charge of the floor and lead service from the front
Manage reservations, seating, and guest flow
Support and coach front-of-house staff in real time
Open/close the restaurant and oversee daily operations
Handle cash-outs, reports, and deposits
Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
Assist with scheduling, payroll support & inventory
Support events and group functions

Qualifications:
2–3 years restaurant (front-of-house) experience
1+ year in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong communication and team leadership skills
Smart Serve & Food Handler certifications (required)
Flexible availability (days, evenings, weekends)
Reliable, organized, and guest-focused
