Food Counter Attendant

Experience:

1 year of kitchen help and 1 year of customer service experience are preferred

Training is provided.

Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
Take customer orders and process payments using cash handling skills
Prepare and serve food items in accordance with established recipes and food safety guidelines
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and prepping area
Assist with stocking and replenishing inventory as needed
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner

Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant setting is preferred
Knowledge of basic math for cash handling purposes
Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures is preferred
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Solid communication skills and ability to work well within a team
