Job Summary

We're looking for a detail-oriented, socially fluent Marketing Coordinator to support campaign execution, content creation, and social media management across our brands. This is a hands-on role for someone with 1–2 years of experience who's comfortable moving fast, juggling multiple deliverables, and producing polished content with Adobe Creative Suite.

Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities across Midea and ProAir.
Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms, tracking engagement and performance.
Produce and edit visual and video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and Photoshop.
Assist with marketing materials for events, trade shows, and dealer-facing campaigns.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to keep campaigns and content calendars on track.
Monitor social and campaign performance metrics and flag opportunities for optimization.

Requirements




1–2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or a related field.
Proven social media management experience, including content creation and scheduling.
Professional working proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and Photoshop.
Robust writing, proofreading, and organizational skills with close attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
A proactive, creative mindset and willingness to take ownership of projects end-to-end.
