Provide compassionate support to patients and their families during challenging times.
Requirements
Valid Registered Practical Nurse license in the relevant jurisdiction.
Experience in acute care, assisted living, home care, or hospice care is preferred.
Proficiency in medication administration and patient assessment skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team setting.
