LWE Builders is a growing custom residential builder committed to operational excellence, outstanding client service, and a strong team culture. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team for an 18-month maternity leave coverage.

In this role, you will:
Process payroll using QuickBooks Online and Buildertrend
Prepare client invoices and manage accounts receivable
Process accounts payable and supplier payments
Complete bank and credit card reconciliations
Maintain accurate financial records and general bookkeeping
Prepare reports and spreadsheets for management
Assist with GST, WorkSafeBC, payroll, employee advantages, and other financial compliance requirements
Support the year-end process with our external accountantProcess payroll using QuickBooks Online and Buildertrend

We're looking for someone who:
Has bookkeeping or accounting experience (construction industry experience is an asset)
Is proficient with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
Is highly organized, accurate, and dependable
Has excellent attention to detail and maintains confidentiality
Communicates professionally and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
