Signature Support Services provides support to people with developmental disabilities in their home, work and leisure environments.

As a Job Developer in the Employment Supports Program (ESP) you are responsible for ensuring that support is provided to clients to obtain and maintain work experience and paid employment positions in the community. This includes job searching/developing on behalf of the individuals you support as well as assisting them with their job where necessary and supporting them as they work towards independence. Job Developers are also responsible for ensuring that the paperwork for their client caseload is kept up to date and accurate. This position will also be responsible to develop and teach skill classes on a regular basis. They will work closely with community businesses and agency staff to provide a positive approach that emphasizes client growth. The main hours of work are Tuesday to Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm. Pay range is $22.64 - 27.83 per hour.

Driver's license and own reliable vehicle – extensive use of vehicle is required as well as ability to transfer clients along with their walkers and wheelchairs when necessary. We do reimburse all kilometers.
