The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, dealership or mechanic experience, an understanding of automotive repair processes, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival, creating a welcoming workplace.
Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues for service technicians.
Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and repairs, ensuring customers understand their options.
Schedule service appointments efficiently, managing the flow of vehicles through the service department.
Sell needed services or maintenance based on customer needs and vehicle requirements.




Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments securely.
Maintain clear communication with customers regarding vehicle status, repair timelines, and costs.
Assist with administrative tasks such as updating customer records and processing paperwork.
Build strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business and positive reviews.

Qualifications
Previous dealership or mechanic experience is highly preferred.
Robust mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and repairs.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
Proficiency in cash handling and basic administrative tasks.
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
