City View Bus Sales & Service is currently seeking the position of service and parts coordinator . The successful candidate possess a desire to provide a superior customer service experience, be detail and goal oriented.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Promote the company in a positive manner

Identify areas for current products and report back to management

Greet customers in qualified manner

Update customers on the status of their units/vehicle

Assist in monthly sales flyer, suggestions, price points etc.

Meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals

Complete work orders daily

Build and maintain existing customer relationships.

Meet and exceed our customers’ expectations.

Aid in the continued growth of the company.

Previous experience in the heavy truck or transit industry is required

Bilingual is required

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
