· Read blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to determine the method and sequence of assembly of a machine or a piece of equipment
· Verify dimensions of parts, using precision measuring instruments
· Operate metalworking machines to make housings, fittings, and fixtures
· Inspect parts for surface defects
· Repair and calibrate electrical and mechanical assemblies
· Use instruments to test the performance of electromechanical assemblies
· Use soldering equipment and handtools to install electronic parts and hardware, soldering and repairing PCB boards
· Operate, test, or maintain robotic equipment, knowledge of PIC as an strong asset
Analyze and record test results, report details and store traces of manufactured products
Familiarity to technical documentation such as parts lists, assembly drawings and to ESD standards
General knowledge on soldering techniques, process characteristics and tools. Training offered
Only candidates able to work in Canada will be considered (citizens, permanent residents or work permits) .
