Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Construction Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, assembling, and maintaining various construction components on-site. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, heavy equipment operation, and electrical work. The Construction Installer will work closely with project managers and other trades to ensure that installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to specifications. Duties
Install and assemble structural components using hand tools, power tools, and rigging equipment
Conduct welding tasks to join metal components securely
Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve installation issues
Assist with rigging operations for lifting and positioning large or heavy materials
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and project guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized work site to promote safety and efficiency




Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards

Qualifications
Proven experience with basic hand and power tools
Mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and safety gear
Ability to operate welding machinery safely and effectively
Strong understanding of construction safety protocols and procedures
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Relevant certifications or licenses in heavy equipment operation or electrical work are a plus
