Under the direction of the Director, Information Technology and working as part of a team, the Systems Analyst supports the delivery of ongoing operations and evolution of the information technology infrastructure, systems, and services that support the Librarys customer service delivery and corporate operations. This includes planning, integration, problem analysis, system troubleshooting, and implementation of preventative and corrective maintenance, following established change management procedures. This position actively works to protect the integrity of RPLs systems and security.
