Overview
This position supports industrial turnaround projects and requires coordination of workforce administration, timekeeping, reporting, and project support activities at the project site.

Role and Responsibilities

Schedule changes daily for field employees changing job sites/ job information

Daily time entry and reconciliation

Collect and maintain site inventory for PPE, materials, and equipment.

Assist union workers with Workhub

Provide administrative support to Project Manager

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Experience with Fieldglass, Maximo, JDE, UKG, or similar workforce/timekeeping platforms preferred.

Robust organizational and multi-tasking skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Documentation management and ability to use project management tools

Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines

Team-management and leadership skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships

Attention to details even under pressure

Physical Requirements

Regularly required to sit, talk, or hear,



sitting for long periods of time.

Repetitive movements by wrists and hands in performance of work.

Rarely required to bend or lift more than 25 lbs

The employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable workplace accommodation.

The individual must also be able to wear and properly utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to work or visit within areas where it is required. This includes hard hat, safety glasses/spoggles, respirators, ear plugs, steel toed shoes, or other protective equipment as required by the work performed and location the work is being done.
