This role emphasizes clinical expertise in mental health and substance use for clients aged 12-30. You will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering comprehensive therapy, all while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team focused on client-centric care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive social work services targeting early psychosis
• Evaluate patients through biopsychosocial-spiritual assessments
• Lead individual and group counselling sessions effectively
• Implement treatment plans to address mental health and substance use
• Collaborate in case conferences to strategize client care
Requirements:
• Master's in Social Work from accredited institution
• Three years of relevant experience with mental health clients
• Valid driver's license for local travel
• Current registration with BCCSW
• Proven knowledge of trauma-informed practices and mental health legislation
