You will take ownership of curriculum design and development, pairing your insights from data analysis with input from SMEs. Manage end-to-end training logistics, from program scheduling to materials distribution. Your role will also involve enhancing the LMS and ensuring continuous improvement in learning methodologies to impact MDA Space's success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop large-scale training curricula in collaboration with SMEs
• Leverage AI tools for just-in-time learning resources




• Oversee L&D; program logistics and material deployment
• Create feedback mechanisms to enhance learning experiences
• Manage onboarding processes for new hires

Requirements:
• 8+ years in Learning & Development or similar
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Robust project management skills
• Expertise in multimedia and authoring tools
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems
