Empower vulnerable adults as the Clinical Lead for Adult Protection Services with Vancouver Coastal Health in North Vancouver, BC! This critical role focuses on guiding staff and enhancing care practices related to adult abuse.

With a Master's Degree in Social Work and substantial experience in abuse interventions, you will steer complex care planning and training initiatives. Your insights will ensure compliance with legal obligations while providing vital support across the Community of Care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Offer consultation and mentorship to health care staff
• Analyze practices for compliance with the Adult Guardianship Act
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments




• Develop and implement support strategies for vulnerable adults
• Lead educational programs on abuse and neglect

Requirements:
• Master's Degree in Social Work
• Experience in adult protection and neglect
• Full registration with the BC College of Social Workers
• Completion of adult protection training
• Access to a vehicle for travel within the community
