This prospect as a Registered Nurse involves direct nursing care for clients with mental health challenges and concurrent disorders. You will assess patient needs, collaborate on treatment plans, and foster therapeutic relationships aimed at empowering clients. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct mental health assessments and evaluations
• Develop, implement, and monitor individual treatment plans
• Facilitate group and individual counseling sessions
• Support clients in accessing community resources
• Document client care and treatment outcomes
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Minimum of two years’ experience in mental health services
• Current registration with BCCNM
• Valid BC Driver’s License
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
