Under the supervision of the Director of Studies, you will take charge of planning and monitoring teaching assignments, ensure effective communication with educators, and facilitate the integration of new teaching staff. Your previous administrative experience in an educational context will be crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess teaching needs and recruit teachers accordingly
• Plan and validate assignments using academic management tools
• Process requests for assignment modifications
• Manage internship supervision assignments
• Coordinate requests for replacement staff as needed
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in education or administration
• 2-3 years of relevant coordination experience
• Knowledge of college or university environments
• Skill in office tools and academic software platforms
• Proficiency in French and skilled English skills
