Willow Spring Construction is looking for a full-time Construction First Aid Attendant/Construction worker to join our highly dedicated fast-paced energetic team in downtown Vancouver. Since establishment in 1987, we have specialized in retail, restaurant and office tenant improvement renovations, additions, and current construction. Job Duties
Assist in developing and implementing safety and loss prevention programs in compliance with Federal and Provincial legislation
Monitor safety performance of on-site workers to determine vulnerability
Identify potential hazards and hazardous materials
Perform accident investigations to gauge measures that need to be taken to prevent them the next time
Develop and submit comprehensive safety policy and procedures




Educate workers about the company’s safety policy and procedures and essential safety standards
Inspect safety related complaints such as spills, incidents, etc.
Conduct safety training and orientations
Assist with In office Labour and Carpentry duties

Requirements
1+ years construction industry in Health and Safety
Minimum Level 1 First aid certificate
Professional attitude and superior communication skills
Effective problem-solving skills
Labour and/or Carpentry experience an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
