Service Technician - Plumber

The Opportunity
Key Responsibilities
Demonstrate strong, proven experience in service plumbing and/or plumbing installations.
Possess solid drain cleaning skills with the confidence to diagnose and clear blockages independently.
Have experience or familiarity with heating systems, including furnaces and boilers. The ability to troubleshoot and service heating equipment is considered a strong asset.
Work independently in the field with minimal supervision while remaining organized, efficient, and dependable.
Apply strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve plumbing and heating issues.
Deliver exceptional, customer-focused service with professionalism and clear communication.
Maintain a positive attitude, solid work ethic, and willingness to support the team.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial plumbing system.




Collaborate effectively with office staff and fellow technicians while also being capable of working independently.
Adhere to all applicable safety standards, plumbing codes, and company procedures.

Preferred Qualifications
Journeyman Plumber preferred, or equivalent experience within the mechanical industry.
3rd or 4th Year Apprentice with proven experience performing at the level required for this role.
Extensive experience in service plumbing.
Hydronic heating experience is a robust asset.
Solid experience servicing heating systems, including furnaces and boilers, will also be considered.
Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Valid BC Driver's Licence with a clean driving record.
