Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable First Aid Instructor to deliver high-quality first aid training sessions. The successful candidate will be responsible for educating individuals and groups on essential first aid procedures, ensuring they are equipped with the skills to respond confidently in emergency situations. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by promoting safety awareness and lifesaving skills within the community or organisation.

Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and informative first aid training courses to diverse audiences, including organisations, schools, and community groups.
Develop customised training programmes tailored to the specific needs of participants.
Assess learners’ understanding through practical demonstrations and theoretical assessments.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current first aid guidelines and best practices.
Ensure all training equipment and materials are prepared and maintained in excellent condition.
Keep accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and certification status for participants.
Promote health and safety awareness by providing advice on accident prevention and emergency preparedness.
Support organizational initiatives aimed at improving overall safety standards.





Skills
recognized certification as a First Aid Instructor or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in delivering first aid training or related health & safety education.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with learners of all ages and backgrounds.
Organized, professional, and able to manage multiple training sessions efficiently.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and reporting.
Ability to adapt training methods to suit different learning styles and environments.
A proactive approach to continuous professional development, staying informed of the latest first aid protocols. This position is paid, offering a rewarding opportunity to educate others while fostering a safer community workplace.

Pay: $185.00 per day
