Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision and attention to quality standards
Operate POS systems such as Micros to process orders accurately and efficiently
Supervise team members during shifts, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure smooth operations
Manage food handling procedures in compliance with safety regulations and food safety standards
Assist in interviewing and onboarding current team members to build a strong, motivated staff
Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial transactions
Maintain cleanliness, organization,



and safety of the kitchen and dining areas at all times

Qualifications
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service roles within restaurants or hospitality environments
Supervising experience in a restaurant or food service setting is highly preferred
Solid knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros or similar platforms for order processing
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Leadership abilities with experience managing teams and coordinating daily operations
Previous restaurant management or hospitality experience is advantageous
Ability to multitask effectively in quick-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
