Duties
Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections, providing detailed descriptions of food and drinks.
Take accurate orders using a POS (Point of Sale) system, ensuring timely and correct delivery.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to responsible serving guidelines.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, following food safety and food handling standards.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure prompt delivery of orders and resolve any customer concerns efficiently.
Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously through effective time management skills,



ensuring excellent customer service at all times.

Skills
Proven experience in restaurant or food industry settings, with a robust background in food service or bartending.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cashiering.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest experiences.
Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure health standards are maintained.
Strong math skills for accurate cash handling, basic math calculations, and managing tabs or bills.
Effective time management abilities to prioritize tasks during busy hours without compromising service quality.
Ability to work as part of a team in a hospitality environment while demonstrating professionalism and reliability.
