Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial strategy and planning for the organization
Oversee budgeting, accounting, and audits
Ensure compliance with Canadian accounting standards

Support discussions with lenders on economic development

Requirements:
CPA designation required;
CAFM an asset
Five years in senior financial management
Experience with ISC and FNHA funding agreements
Robust leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of Lax Kw'alaams culture and community
