The Role

You run the market.

Your job is to take fully prepared projects and turn them into completed roofs - safely, on time, and at a high standard.

You manage crews, scheduling, and field execution. If something goes wrong on site, you own the solution.

What You Will Do
Manage the local install calendar and crew scheduling
Dispatch crews daily with explicit scope and materials
Oversee job sites and ensure work is completed to standard
Verify scope, materials, and execution before and during installs
Enforce quality control and final job sign-off
Handle field issues and escalate updates internally
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for smooth operations
Track crew performance, timecards, and job completion

Requirements
Experience in roofing, construction, or field operations
Crew management or site supervision experience
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple active job sites
Reliable transportation and willingness to be in the field daily

Pay: $56,087.10-$148,949.97 per year
