We are seeking a passionate, certified, and dedicated Swim Instructor to join our aquatic team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality swim instruction to individuals of all ages and skill levels in a protected, supportive, and engaging environment. This role plays a vital part in promoting water safety, building confidence, and fostering a lifelong love of swimming. Prior teaching experience and strong swimming proficiency are highly valued.

Responsibilities
Conduct swim lessons tailored to each student’s age, ability, and learning style
Develop and implement lesson plans focused on water safety, stroke development, technique, and endurance
Closely monitor students during lessons to ensure safety at all times
Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to support student progress
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure pool environment before and after lessons




Enforce all facility safety rules and respond appropriately to emergencies
Foster a positive and engaging atmosphere that promotes learning and enjoyment

Qualifications
Current Swim Instructor certification (required)
Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications (preferred)
Previous swim instruction or related teaching experience preferred
Solid swimming skills with the ability to effectively demonstrate techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to assess skill levels and adapt instruction to individual needs
Patient, energetic, and enthusiastic about teaching water safety
Team-oriented with a strong commitment to safety protocols

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
