Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate Customer Experience Associate to join our team. The right candidate must be comfortable working in a quick-paced environment, personable, and comfortable talking to people, and working with a diverse group of coworkers.

Responsibilities
Utilize POS for sales transactions, returns, and inventory management
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly with professionalism
Receive inventory including counting, pricing according to procedure, and putting out new products
Work collaboratively with other employees to find ways to improve the business.
Open and close the store, including cashing in and out, and following all procedures to ensure a safe and consistent close.

This is a full-time, permanent position with prospect to grow and take on more responsibility as time goes on.





Business hours are seven days a week, 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Candidates must be willing and able to work shifts within the full spectrum of these hours, and will be scheduled at least two closing shifts per week.
