What We Require From Our Cleaners
Professional cleaning experience
Ability to work independently and maintain a high standard of service
Strong communication skills and a willingness to stay responsive
Comfort using technology for job details, scheduling, and updates
Your own cleaning supplies and equipment
Your own vehicle transportation
Valid subcontractor insurance in Ontario
Ability to operate as an independent subcontractor under Ontario requirements
