Summary

We are seeking a friendly and qualified Bellman or Housewoman to join our team at Viaggio Hospitality Group in Canada. Come join us for the opening of Modo Hotel and be a part of something extraordinary!

This role is vital in ensuring our guests receive top-tier service and a welcoming experience from arrival to departure. Your contribution will help uphold our mission of delivering exceptional hospitality.

Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage handling to ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries and offering information about the property and local area.
Assist with transportation arrangements and coordinate with other hotel departments.




Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and guest areas.
Support the front desk team with administrative tasks as needed.
Uphold safety standards and ensure guest comfort at all times.
Collaborate with team members to enhance overall guest satisfaction.

Qualifications
Proven experience in hospitality or hotel services preferred.
Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.
Strong customer service orientation.
Physical ability to lift luggage and stand for extended periods.
Knowledge of multi-line phone systems is advantageous.

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
