Salary: $23.25 per hour
Hours: 35–45 hours per week
Start Date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities
Assist with the daily operations of the restaurant.
Support the Restaurant Manager in leading and motivating the team.
Monitor staff performance and provide coaching when needed.
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
Help manage labour costs and daily revenues.
Assist with scheduling and staff supervision.
Maintain food safety, health, and sanitation standards.
Handle customer concerns professionally.
Support inventory control and ordering.
Balance cash, prepare reports, and complete administrative tasks.




Help achieve sales and operational goals.

Qualifications
1–2 years of restaurant supervisory or management experience.
Solid leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of food safety standards.

Experience:
