Duties
Deliver one-on-one or group tutoring sessions across various subjects, tailoring approaches to meet individual student needs
Develop customized lesson plans and learning materials that align with curriculum standards and student goals
Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and adjusting teaching methods accordingly
Foster a positive, encouraging learning environment that boosts student confidence and motivation
Communicate clearly with students, parents, and educators to ensure understanding of learning objectives and progress
Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions, attendance, and student achievements




Support students in developing study skills, organizational strategies, and critical thinking abilities

Requirements
Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably with diverse age groups or educational backgrounds
Strong communication skills to effectively convey concepts and motivate learners
Experience working with children or young students is highly desirable
Classroom experience or familiarity with educational settings enhances your ability to adapt to different learning styles
Ability to create engaging lesson plans that foster active participation and curiosity
