Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Front of House Team Member to join our energetic restaurant team. This role is essential in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth restaurant operations, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment.

Duties
Greet and seat customers promptly with a positive attitude
Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently
Assist in food preparation and ensure food safety standards are maintained
Serve food and beverages to guests while providing attentive customer service
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, utensils, and service stations
Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy hours
Assist with basic kitchen tasks as needed, including food handling and sanitation procedures




Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and sanitation standards

Requirements
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred but not required
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
Knowledge of food handling, safety, and sanitation practices
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
Basic kitchen experience or food preparation skills are a plus
Ability to upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and sales performance
Must be 18 years or older (if applicable) and able to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed
