Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them in navigating our product offerings with enthusiasm.
Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, ensuring customers understand the value of their choices.
Utilize your technical sales experience to explain complex product details clearly and confidently.
Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently.
Upsell complementary products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue.




Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract attention and encourage purchases.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Skills
Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency to connect with a diverse customer base.
Solid communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey product information and build rapport.
Experience in retail sales, technology sales, or related fields with a focus on product demos and technical explanations.
Proficiency in cashiering, POS systems, cash handling, and basic math for accurate transactions.
Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory, merchandising displays, and time efficiently.
Customer service expertise combined with phone etiquette to assist clients both in person and over the phone.
Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.
