Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring efficient service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization. Front of House Staff will engage with customers, manage transactions, and support the overall operations of our establishment in the food industry.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers as they enter the establishment, providing a friendly and welcoming experience.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all requests are met.
Handle cashiering duties, including processing payments and managing cash registers.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the front of house area, including dining spaces and service counters.
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
Manage time effectively to handle peak hours smoothly while maintaining quality service.




Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction throughout their visit.

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Robust skills in cashiering, food handling, and basic math for accurate transaction processing.
Ability to upsell menu items effectively while providing excellent customer service.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods.
A commitment to maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment at all times.
Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanour that encourages positive interactions with guests.
