Toronto IBI is looking for enthusiastic individuals to fill in part time and full-time Instructor Therapist positions in the North York and Toronto area. Instructor Therapists will work one-on-one with young children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (or other developmental disabilities) at one of our centre-based locations while employing ABA / IBI teaching strategies as directed by a Senior Therapist (BCBA/RBA) and Clinical Director (BCBA/RBA).

Successful candidates will collaborate with team members in the consistent implementation of a student's behavioural programs and procedures, maintain regular communication with parents as required and participate in scheduled team meetings and training conferences as required.

Successful candidates should possess:
A College Diploma or University Degree in a related field
Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder
Outstanding organizational, interpersonal and time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with other team members
ABA/Autism related Diploma/Certificate is an asset.




Experience as an Instructor Therapist (IT) implementing ABA/IBI programming is an asset (training will also be provided)
