Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, demonstrating product features, and assisting with sales transactions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of retail operations, and the ability to engage customers effectively. Bilingual or multilingual abilities and experience in technology sales are highly valued to enhance customer interactions and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers, highlighting benefits and upselling opportunities
Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems, handling cash and credit payments with precision
Maintain merchandising standards, ensuring products are well-organized and displays are attractive
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Manage inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment as needed
Uphold store policies on cash handling, security,



and safety protocols
Utilize solid communication skills to engage with diverse customers effectively
Demonstrate organizational skills by managing multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
Maintain professional phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries

Experience
Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for product demos and POS systems
Bilingual or multilingual skills (e.g., English and Spanish) are a plus for serving a diverse customer base
Familiarity with technology products or technical sales can enhance customer engagement
Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
Experience in merchandising, cashiering, or customer service roles is advantageous
Ability to manage time effectively in a quick-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly

Job Types: Full-time, Part time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20-$22.00 per hour
