Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Condominium Manager to join our team. This role is vital in supporting daily operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our condo management services. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, experience with condo management systems would be a definite asset, and excellent communication abilities. This position offers an chance to grow, into a licensed Condominium Manager with the Real Estate Council of Alberta. A high school diploma is required for this position.

Responsibilities
Assist in managing property operations, including maintenance coordination, attending board meetings and AGM's with the Condo Manager
Attend board meetings, AGM's and walkarounds, some evening hours are required
Schedule in person and Zoom meetings and maintain shared calendar
Provide exceptional customer service to clients through effective communication and problem resolution
Handle administrative duties such as filing, record keeping, and maintaining accurate documentation
Manage email and phone inquiries with professional phone etiquette and timely responses
Develop and maintain positive customer relationships
Prepare agendas for board meetings




Take accurate minutes of board meetings and AGM's
Answers main line calls
Mail outs as needed

Experience
Proven experience in office administration or related fields
Familiarity with Microsoft Office
Strong background in customer service
Experience with data entry, filing systems, and general administrative tasks
Excellent phone and email etiquette, and communication skills are essential
Prior office experience demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail is desirable. This role requires a proactive individual capable of multitasking in a quick-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Candidates should be prepared to support various operational functions that contribute to the overall success of our team.
Must be willing to obtain a Condo Management License with RECA in the future.

Pay: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
