Responsibilities:
Receive and process parts orders from customers and internal departments
Maintain accurate inventory records using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
Source and procure parts from various suppliers and vendors
Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of parts
Inspect incoming parts for quality and accuracy
Organize and maintain the parts storage area
Operate a forklift
Skills:
Some mechanical knowledge
Experience in sourcing and procuring parts from different suppliers
Familiarity with supply chain processes and procedures
Ability to identify, buy, or fabricate required parts based on specifications
Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate inventory records
Attention to detail when inspecting incoming parts for quality
Effective communication skills to coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers
Experience operating a forklift safely and efficiently
