Job Summary

We are urgently seeking a skilled and motivated Metal Polisher to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for refining and finishing metal components to meet exact quality standards, ensuring a polished and skilled appearance for our products. Your expertise will contribute to the production of high-quality metal parts used across various industries. Responsibilities
Use hand tools, power tools, and polishing machines to smooth, finish, and polish metal surfaces to specified standards
Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand surface finish requirements and specifications
Read and understand technical documents such as blueprints, CAD models (SolidWorks), and CNC programming codes
Conduct quality control inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other measurement tools to ensure precision




Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to promote safety and efficiency in the manufacturing process
Collaborate with welding teams utilizing MIG welding techniques and mechanical knowledge for assembly or repair tasks

Skills
Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings
Good Experience as a Metal polisher.
Solid mechanical knowledge combined with manufacturing experience
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow efficiency
Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, calipers, and other measurement instruments
Warehouse experience including forklift operation is a plus
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining and finishing processes
Understanding of quality control procedures to ensure finished products meet specifications
Experience with assembly processes involving metal components

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
