Job Summary

Preparing food materials and making various types of sushi. We are willing to train people who

have a passion for Japanese cuisine, especially sushi. With the high demand for Sushi Chef/Sushi Maker,

this position has huge development opportunities.

Shift Time

Shift Range: 11:00 to 22:00

Job Duties

Make various Japanese sushi based upon a high volume of food orders.

Prepare food materials, such as raw fish, meat, food garnishments, and eating utensils.

Double-check the presentation of the dishes.

Ensure all the raw materials are handled and stored properly based upon food safety

regulations.

Ensure all opening and closing tasks are completed on time.

Help to maintain the tools and equipment used in the workplace.

Participate in monthly or weekly cleaning and staff meetings.

Qualifications

Be good at using knives.





Be positive and can work at a rapid pace and under pressure.

Be flexible for working and rotating shifts

Be creative in creating new dishes

Be able to stand on your feet for extended periods of time.
