As an Automotive Tinter, your primary responsibilities will be to deliver complete tinting installation services at the ABE office location and at our partner’s facilities. You will ensure the continued success and profitability of the Company by promoting the highest installation and customer service standards.
This role will require experience working with tinting tools and products.
High end vehicle detailing and preparation would also be helpful in the role.
You will report directly to the area manager. Knowledge of tinting preparation practices including template selection and plotter operation are required.
Key Responsibilities:
Tint preparation
Tint application
Tint film cutting and custom fitting
Provide industry leading tint application services and process
Quality control of tint installs in accordance with ABE highest standards
Continuously driving to enhance operational practices and efficiencies
Provide continual work progress updates on all active work
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Currently enrolled or graduated from a post-secondary institution (College or University)
Minimum of 2 years experience installing automotive paint protection film (clear bra) and/or automotive window tint
Combination of education and experience equivalent will be considered;
Effective time management skills
Organized with attention to detail
Communicates effectively and works well with others;
Good conflict-resolution skills and problem-solving skills;
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

A full Ontario driving license (with a clean record desired).
