We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a SERVER / BARTENDER / GOLF BAY ATTENDANT . The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring that our patrons have an exceptional experience while using our golf simulator and enjoying food and beverage service.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide assistance in using the golf simulator.
Ensure the golf simulator is functioning properly and is maintained in positive condition.
Monitor and manage customer reservations and ensure that they are properly scheduled and serviced.
Provide food and beverage to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
Manage inventory of beverage items and ensure that supplies are stocked.
Maintain cleanliness of the golf simulator area and lounge area.
Process customer payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns and ensure that they are resolved in a satisfactory manner.
Assist with special events as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of golf and golf simulators is a plus
Serving or Bartending experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Smart Choices Certificate
Must be able to work weekends and evenings
Job Types: Full time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
