Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children, supporting their developmental needs, and fostering a love of learning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with children, including those with disabilities. Duties
Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom workplace that encourages curiosity and exploration.
Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and team members.
Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, ensuring all children receive appropriate care and attention.
Maintain accurate records of children's development and daily activities.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum plans and improve classroom practices.




Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns.
Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and safety standards at all times.

Skills
Experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings.
Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and developmentally appropriate practices.
Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities, demonstrating patience and adaptability.
Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to foster positive behavior.
Compassionate caregiving skills combined with a genuine passion for supporting children's growth.
Effective communication skills to engage children, parents, and team members professionally.
Classroom experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.

Pay: $17.35-$28.82 per hour
