Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems
Process cash, credit card, and digital payments efficiently while handling cash with precision
Assist in food preparation and food handling to ensure quality standards are met
Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all food service areas,



adhering to food safety regulations
Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve guests promptly and efficiently

Skills
Prior food service experience with a strong understanding of restaurant operations
Proficiency with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for order entry and payment processing
Knowledge of food preparation, handling, sanitation, and safety protocols in the food industry
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
Strong cash handling abilities with basic math skills for accurate transactions
Effective time management to balance multiple tables or orders simultaneously
Kitchen experience or familiarity with food industry standards is a plus for better teamwork and efficiency
Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest satisfaction and sales performance

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
