Journeyman Plumber - New Construction Specialist

Our client is looking for a skilled and motivated Journeyman Plumber to join their growing construction team. This full-time opportunity focuses primarily on residential new construction projects, with future involvement in light commercial work. The organization is known for delivering high-quality workmanship and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, project teams, and clients.

Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction specifications
Install plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, sanitary, and gas lines
Ensure all work complies with applicable plumbing codes and safety standards
Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and other trades
Complete plumbing installations according to project schedules and deadlines
Perform inspections and testing of installed systems
Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues efficiently on-site

Qualifications
Valid Red Seal Plumbing certification
3+ years of experience in current construction plumbing




Solid understanding of residential plumbing installation practices
Knowledge of local plumbing codes, regulations, and safety requirements
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
Physically capable of performing demanding construction-related tasks
