Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled person to join our dynamic construction team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from residential renovations to large-scale commercial builds. We're currently focused on farm shop builds that include framing, sheet metal siding and roofing, excavation as well as concrete base prep.

Responsibilities
Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to perform tasks such as cutting, drilling, and assembling materials
Build and install siding, framing, and other structural components using carpentry skills and hand tools
Handle heavy lifting tasks safely while maintaining proper posture and technique

Qualifications

Proven construction experience with a solid understanding of building processes and safety protocols
Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery
Experience with carpentry, siding installation, and operating lifts and skid steers.
Excavator experience would be a outstanding asset.
Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various outdoor conditions for extended periods
Class 5 driver's license
