Pay is supplemented with tips, shared from a tip pool up to $6- $8 dollars an hour in the busy season.

Hawk Tail Brewery is excited to add to our dynamic taproom team. We are a growing brewery located in Rimbey Alberta surrounded by beautiful Alberta prairies. We love all things craft beer and strive to convey that through the experiences and products we offer. We are searching for a Prep Cook who prides themselves in providing customers with memorable experiences, challenges themselves to constantly learn, and thrives in a fast a paced setting.

The Prep Cook is needed to come in on a morning schedule to ready the kitchen for open. They are not expected to run the line once open, but will be asked to assist the line cook on certain days. Must be available weekends, Monday and Tuesday.

The successful candidate will be expected to:




Complete various jobs in the kitchen based on experience
Clean their work area, do dishes and closing duties
Add to the Hawk Tail team chemistry by communicating professionally/respectfully with all Hawk Tail stakeholders.
Be an Ambassador of the Hawk Tail Brand in all interactions.
Share in Tips from the shift (Tip pools are fairly shared and distributed by management)
Previous cooking experience is preferred
A outstanding attitude, strong communication skills, honest and reliable.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
