Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that suit their preferences and needs
Demonstrate product features through engaging demos and explain technical specifications clearly
Conduct product merchandising to ensure attractive displays that enhance shopping experiences
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts
Upsell complementary items by identifying customer needs and highlighting benefits
Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a positive attitude
Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers efficiently during busy periods

Requirements




Multilingual skills or bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases
French, English, Spanish
Prior experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical products clearly and confidently
Basic math skills for cash handling, POS operations, and transaction accuracy
Excellent organizational skills to manage product displays and stock levels effectively
Customer service experience with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
Knowledge of merchandising, cashiering, phone etiquette, and upselling techniques will be advantageous

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
