Front of the House Responsibilities and attributes:
Greet guests with a smile and a warm welcome
Receives orders, processes payments and responds appropriately to customer issues
Prepares and packages food and drink products
Participates in cleaning activities to keep the restaurant clean
Self-started and multi-tasker – you don’t wait to be told what to do




Ability to find solutions to problems – you and your team can work through anything together
Learns from experience, as well as from those who have experience
Works well in a team environment to get things done collectively
