U-Haul is growing again! Now is the time to start your training for a new part time position as a Customer Care Representative with U-Haul!

Are you ambition, energetic, have the willingness to continually learn and enjoy helping the public? must be 18 years of age and have a valid AZ drivers license Shifts will include afternoon to evening, weekends and holidays.

A Customer Care Representative will assist at customers homes by delivering mobile storage containers on trailers and truck delivery. Will be trained to driver trucks and trailers . Will help educating them on our products and services, answering questions, and preparing rental invoices.

Primary responsibilities include:
Interact with our customers in a friendly, fast, courteous and effective manner
Attention to detail in order to promote positive customer interactions
Hear and sense customer needs and keep your manager and fellow team members informed




Complete training and maintain knowledge by participating in on-line and hands on educational and training opportunities
Take pride in every aspect of your work and perform it with energy and enthusiasm
Be a solid team player, with a commitment to continuous learning who provides high quality service to our
